2. Service Description

Hop&Eat is a mobile application that allows users to find nearby restaurants and bars, view ratings and reviews, and save favourite places. Premium users also get AI-generated review summaries, advanced filters, and offer alerts.

3. Artificial Intelligence

Hop&Eat uses AI technology (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate automatic review summaries. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Summaries are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or errors
• Summaries do not represent Hop&Eat's opinion but an automated analysis of third-party public reviews
• Hop&Eat does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of AI-generated summaries
• This feature is available exclusively to Premium subscribers
• Users should not make important decisions based solely on AI-generated summaries

4. Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Plan

• Up to 5 restaurants per search
• 2 reviews per restaurant
• Maximum search radius: 1 km

4.2 Premium Plan

Prices include applicable VAT. Hop&Eat reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Payment is charged to your iTunes/Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refund policy: Refunds are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play policies respectively. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or store policies
• You can restore previous purchases at any time: Profile → Activate Premium → Restore purchases

6. Account Cancellation and Deletion

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from App Store/Google Play settings. Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.

You may permanently delete your account from the app: Profile → Delete account. This action:

• Is irreversible
• Deletes all your data, favourites and preferences
• Does not automatically cancel your Premium subscription (cancel separately in App Store/Google Play)

7. Minimum Age

Use of Hop&Eat is restricted to persons aged 13 or older. By accepting these terms, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.

8. Third-Party Content

Restaurant information, photos, ratings and reviews come from Google Places API. Hop&Eat is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of this information, and has no commercial relationship with the establishments shown.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to access unauthorised systems, reproduce or commercially exploit app content without permission, or use automated means to access the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to Hop&Eat — including name, logo, design, code and interface — belong to its owner. Restaurant reviews and photos are the property of Google and/or their respective authors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hop&Eat shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the app, inaccuracies in restaurant information, errors in AI-generated summaries, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts, without prejudice to consumer protection rights under applicable law.

2. Descripción del servicio

Hop&Eat es una aplicación móvil que permite encontrar restaurantes y bares cercanos, ver valoraciones y reseñas, y guardar favoritos. Los usuarios Premium obtienen también resúmenes IA de reseñas, filtros avanzados y alertas de ofertas.

3. Uso de Inteligencia Artificial

Hop&Eat utiliza IA (API de Claude de Anthropic) para generar resúmenes automáticos de reseñas. Al usar esta función, el usuario acepta que:

• Los resúmenes son generados automáticamente y pueden contener imprecisiones o errores
• No representan la opinión de Hop&Eat sino un análisis automatizado de reseñas públicas de terceros
• Hop&Eat no garantiza la exactitud, completitud o actualidad de los resúmenes generados
• Esta función está disponible exclusivamente para usuarios Premium
• El usuario no debe basar decisiones importantes únicamente en los resúmenes generados por IA

4. Planes y precios

4.1 Plan Gratuito

• Hasta 5 restaurantes por búsqueda
• 2 reseñas por restaurante
• Radio de búsqueda máximo: 1 km

4.2 Plan Premium

Precios con IVA incluido. Hop&Eat se reserva el derecho a modificar los precios con 30 días de previo aviso.

5. Suscripciones, pagos y reembolsos

• Las suscripciones se gestionan a través de Apple App Store (iOS) o Google Play (Android)
• El pago se cargará a tu cuenta al confirmar la compra
• Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación con al menos 24 horas de antelación
• Puedes gestionar y cancelar desde los ajustes de tu cuenta en App Store o Google Play
• Política de reembolsos: Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de Apple App Store y Google Play. Las compras digitales no son reembolsables salvo en los casos previstos por la legislación aplicable
• Puedes restaurar tus compras anteriores: Perfil → Activar Premium → Restaurar compras

6. Cancelación y eliminación de cuenta

Puedes cancelar tu suscripción Premium desde los ajustes de App Store/Google Play. El acceso Premium continúa hasta el final del período pagado.

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta permanentemente: Perfil → Eliminar cuenta. Esta acción:

• Es irreversible
• Elimina todos tus datos, favoritos y preferencias
• No cancela automáticamente tu suscripción Premium (cancélala por separado en App Store/Google Play)

7. Edad mínima

El uso de Hop&Eat está restringido a personas mayores de 13 años. Al aceptar estos términos declaras tener al menos 13 años.

8. Contenido de terceros

La información de restaurantes, fotos, valoraciones y reseñas proviene de Google Places API. Hop&Eat no es responsable de la exactitud o disponibilidad de dicha información y no tiene relación comercial con los establecimientos mostrados.

9. Uso aceptable

No puedes usar la app para fines ilegales, acceder a sistemas no autorizados, reproducir o explotar comercialmente el contenido sin permiso, ni usar medios automatizados para acceder al servicio.

10. Propiedad intelectual

Todos los derechos de Hop&Eat — nombre, logo, diseño, código e interfaz — son propiedad de su titular. Las reseñas y fotos de restaurantes son propiedad de Google y/o sus respectivos autores.

11. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Hop&Eat no será responsable de daños derivados del uso de la app, inexactitudes en la información de restaurantes, errores en los resúmenes de IA, interrupciones del servicio o acciones de terceros.

12. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Las controversias se someterán a la jurisdicción de los tribunales españoles, sin perjuicio de los derechos de protección al consumidor.
